Introduction

A single man is a story about the last day in a mans life. 

Set in california during 1962, George, a english middle man who is a professor at Los angles University.

A year after the sudden death of his partner, george is over come with bereavement and the despondant nature of his existence.

George's determination to carry on evokes unexpected pleasures of life, encounters with people becoming more vivid and poinient, showing the soul's ability to triumph over loneliness and depression.
